Creamy rice cakes with crunchy radishes

Crispy rice cakes with smooth cheese and some crunchy radishes…. Sounds tasty!
When you’re just back from work and fancy a little snack, this refreshing recipe with The Laughing Cow blue cheese will make your day.  Highly recommended to help avoid Snaccidents.

Method

  1. Spread each rice-cakes with two triangles of The Laughing Cow Light with Blue cheese.
  2. Dress slices of radishes on top.
  3. Scatter with black pepper, and some watercress.

Serving suggestion:  pair with a tonic water and a slice of lemon
