Preparation time: 5 minutes
Makes : 1 bowl
- 4 The Laughing Cow Light Mature Cheddar cheese triangles
- 6 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt
- Fresh snipped chives, to garnish
- 1 small carrot, peeled
- ½ red pepper
- 1 stalk celery
- Blend The Laughing Cow Light Mature Cheddar into a smooth paste using a teaspoon and beat well until it’s light and creamy. Add the yogurt and mix together. Transfer to a small serving bowl and sprinkle with a few chives.
- Cut the carrot, red pepper and celery into crudités. Arrange on a plate and serve with the dip.
