Crackers with Cheese and Stuffed strawberries

What a better way to end the day than with a touch of sweetness ? You really can’t go wrong with some combination of cracker, The Laughing Cow Light, strawberries and icing sugar. If you want to impress your guests or have a lovely moment with your half, just serve it with a glass of champagne and it’s done !

Method

  1. Slice the top off strawberries and cut into thin slices.
  2. Mix The Laughing Cow Light, crushed nuts and icing sugar in a small dish.
  3. Spread a thick serving of the mixture onto crackers and top with sliced strawberry.
  4. Serve with a glass of champagne for the perfect accompaniment.
