Artichokes and Cheddar crostini

Tired of finishing your tragic left overs in your snack breaks (otherwise known as a “snaccident“)? Want something with a little more … pizzazz?  I can help!   Treat yourself with these tasty little crostini, topped with Laughing Cow cheese triangles with Blue Cheese and marinated artichokes.  I do feel obliged to want to warn you however, once you’ve tried these delicious bites, it’s really hard to resist another one!

Method

  1. Spread each crostini with a triangle of Laughing Cow Light with Blue Cheese.
  2. Halve each marinated artichoke and arrange on top.
  3. Scatter with the chilli flakes, and serve.
  4. Serving suggestion: pair with Fevertree Light tonic water with lime
