The Laughing Cow Extra Light, creamy smoked salmon on crunchy pretzels

Effortlessly easy. Irresistibly tasty. Deliciously good. Snack like a princess (or prince), with the ultimate combination of smoked salmon and The Laughing Cow Extra Light swirled on top of crunchy pretzels. Definitely, my style of healthy snack. And pretty enough to snap a picture before they’re gone – don’t mind if I do.

Ingredients
1 triangle of The Laughing Cow Extra Light
3-4 pretzels
60g smoked salmon
Fresh chives, chopped

Method
1. Spread The Laughing Cow Extra Light cheese onto the pretzels.
2. Top with smoked salmon and a sprinkling of chopped chives.
3. Nibble, savour and enjoy your tasty treat.
